A Smart Way To Refresh The Screen Automatically..!!

A Trick To Change the Background Color of Log-on Screen!!!

=>So, if you have notice that logon screen dialog box appears when System starts and windows load in GUI mode then  a screen appear asks password with default user id. When you change the color and appearance of the desktop and its items it does not change the color of the logon screen dialog box. But it can be possible with the help of registry.

=>It allows you to choose your favorite color in RGB format. If you want black color, enter 0 0 0 in the value field.
Follow the simple steps :-
  • Click on START > RUN > regedit  and press enter..
  • Go to : HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors
  • Right click on the Background and enter the code of your favorite value in RGB format in Value field.
  • Close registry and then reboot your System...njoy!!

  •  Again open command prompt.
  • Then type 'attrib –s -h  path of the file.                     e.g.  C:-> attrib –s -h d:\ video \ private
  •  And you will again gain the file at same place.

uses the Nokia Phones.So, here is a trick to boost the speed of Nokia Phone Modem.
=>Here are the simple steps..!!
  • Connect your Nokia Phone Modem to your PC/Laptop and connect it to internet by using One Touch Access of Nokia PC suit.
  • Click on the computer activity icon which is similiar to my-computer icon and will be blinking off and on which is placed on your task-bar.

  • OTA status of the Nokia modem will be opened. Click on the Properties.
  • Select Configure option from the Properties window.This will open up the Modem Configuration window.
  • Select the Maximum speed available in the Maximum speed option.And press OK to save the settings.
>>Now Disconnect the Internet connection and Reconnect it to available more speed.

    A Trick 2 Turn Off your Log-On ScreenSaver..!!!


    =>By turning off the Log-in screen saver you can increase system performance..njoy..!!
    • START > RUN dialogue box
    • In RUN box type regedt32 and then click OK.
    • Now, in the Registry Editor window, locate the following registry key:HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
    • Then in the right panel, double-click ScreenSaveActive.
    • In the Edit String dialog box, type 0 in the Value data box, and then click OK.
    • Click Exit on the File menu to quit Registry Editor.
    =>So, the logon screen saver is turned off..!!!

    3)Find file named mmcstore and rename it with   mmcstore.txt 

    4)Open the file  and you wil find the password.

    You juzz have  2 follow these steps in prompt...
    •  Open command prompt .
    • Then type attrib +s +h  path of the file [ For example:  attrib +s+h d:\ folder1 \folder2\file_name]
    • Thus suspicious(!) the file will be hidden.
    And the file is hidden...

    Trick 2 Lock Your PRIVATE Folder..!!

    Suppose, you want to lock the folder games in d: which  
    has the path D:\Games.In the same drive create a text file
    and type
    ren games
    games.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
    Now save
    this text file as loc.bat

    create another text file and
    type in it
    ren
    games.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} games

    Now
    save this text file as key.bat

    Now you can see 2 batch
    files loc and key.Press loc and the folder games will
    change to control panel and you cannot view its
    contents.Press key and you will get back your original
    folder.

    All Key Board Shortcuts

    1- Windows Hotkeys


    Shift + F10 right-clicks.Win + L (XP Only):->Locks keyboard. Similar to Lock Workstation.


    Win + F or F3:->Open Find dialog. (All Files) F3 may not work in some applications which use F3 for their own find dialogs.


    Win + Control + F:->Open Find dialog. (Computers)


    Win + U:->Open Utility Manager.


    Win + F1:->Open Windows help.


    Win + Pause:->Open System Properties dialog.


    Win + Tab:-> Cycle through taskbar buttons. Enter clicks, AppsKey or Shift + F10 right-clicks.


    Win + Shift + Tab:-> Cycle through taskbar buttons in reverse.


    Alt + Tab:-> Display CoolSwitch. More commonly known as the AltTab dialog.


    Alt + Shift + Tab:-> Display CoolSwitch; go in reverse.


    Alt + Escape:-> Send active window to the bottom of the z-order.


    Alt + Shift + Escape:-> Activate the window at the bottom of the z-order.


    Alt + F4:-> Close active window; or, if all windows are closed, open shutdown dialog.


    Shift while a CD is loading:-> Bypass AutoPlay.


    Shift while login:-> Bypass startup folder. Only those applications will be ignored which are in the startup folder, not those started from the registry (Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\)


    Ctrl + Alt + Delete or Ctrl + Alt + NumpadDel (Both NumLock states):-> Invoke the Task Manager or NT Security dialog.


    Ctrl + Shift + Escape (2000/XP ) or (Ctrl + Alt + NumpadDot):-> Invoke the task manager. On earlier OSes, acts like Ctrl + Escape.


    Printscreen:-> Copy screenshot of current screen to clipboard.


    Alt + Printscreen:-> Copy screenshot of current active window to clipboard.
    Ctrl + Alt + Down Arrow:-> Invert screen. Untested on OSes other than XP.
    Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow:-> Undo inversion.
    Win + B:-> Move focus to systray icons.
    Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert: Copy. 
    Ctrl + X or Shift + Delete: Cut. 
    Ctrl + V or Shift + Insert: Paste/Move.
